<p>This invention relates to a supply-parison device of two-step blowing-bottle machine, including a parison-guiding slider, a corresponding parison take-off slider, a cylinder driving parison stop set on one side of the parison take-off slider inlet, a cylinder driving parison clamper set beneath the parison stop which clamps the parison in direction perpendicular to the parison moving direction, adjuster set on the opposite to the clamper. The cylinder, clamper and adjuster connect with a rotating mech which can rotate 180° in vertical plane. On one side of the mech there is a press-parison mech which is driven by a cylinder. Since the clamping-parison direction is perpendicular to the parison moving direction, it is solved that manipulators "finger" occupy space, therefore the parison gap and the heating effectiveness can be improved. Additionally the supply-parison period is reduced due to directly clamping the parison from the slider.</p> |
