<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling where bolts are prevented from being deformed in assembly while increasing a productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of abutting parts 31 and 33 are extended from the opening end of a first holding part 21, and a pair of abutting parts 35 and 37 are also extended from the opening end of a second holding part 23. Bolt holes 41 for passing the bolts 17 therethrough are drilled in one abutting parts 31 and 35, and nut holes 45 in which nuts 43 are fixedly press-fitted are bored into the side ends of left side abutting parts 33 and 37. Abutting pieces 51 and 53 are extendedly provided at the axial center part of the first holding part 21 and the second holding part 23.
