<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form conveying device and an image forming apparatus which can perform proper control corresponding to a form size even when the form size is small enough to cause conveyance delay of the form. <P>SOLUTION: When the form size measured by detecting the front end and tail end of the form fed from a standard cassette 108 by a TOP sensor 114 on a form conveyance path is smaller than a specified length, a next form which is already fed from the standard cassette 108 is stopped in front of a registration roller 113 and then begins to be fed again once a paper discharge sensor 115 detects the front end of the small-sized form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
