PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate simultaneous execution of programs in a plurality of microcomputer systems respectively containing processors. SOLUTION: A system A time management means 105 for managing progress of simulation time of a system A simulation part 111a, a system A time management means for managing progress of simulation time of a system B simulation part 111a, and a reference operation storing means 107 for storing reference operating time that will be used as a reference for a change-over of simulation object systems are provided in an intersystem synchronization information management means 104. Simulation of the system A simulation part 111a is executed for only a number of clocks acquired by dividing the reference operating time by one clock time of the system A, and simulation of the system B simulation part 111b is executed for only a number of clocks acquired by dividing the reference operating time by one clock time of the system B.
