PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use up the whole permitted blowing temperature range in spite of an initial value of a blowing temperature, to reduce a conversion coefficient, and to execute fine adjustment of a cooling blowing temperature and a heating blowing temperature commanded to a heat pump type heat source air conditioner. SOLUTION: In an arithmetic block BL1, a cold water valve openingθC and a hot water valve openingθH when assuming the presence of a cold water valve or a hot water valve are found as values of expansion opening range 0-800% wherein the openings are expanded to prescribed values X=800% over 100% not but actual 0-100%. In an arithmetic block BL2, a differenceΔθC between the cold water valve openingθC and an initial valueθCst of the cold water valve opening fixed to 400%, and a differenceΔθH between the hot water valve openingθH and an initial valueθHst of the hot water valve opening fixed to 400% are found.
