PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting construction of a receptacle of an electronic apparatus which enables a manufacturer to reduce its manufacturing cost and to insure connecting reliability at the time of plug-in of a receptacle. SOLUTION: At least one of a receptacle member 3a which is mounted on a cabinet 1 of the electronic apparatus and a receptacle member 3b which is mounted on an installing structure member 2 of the electronic apparatus is attached to the cabinet 1 or the installing structure member 2 in floating state in which the attached receptacle member is freely movable in three dimensional directions that are a plug-in direction, a horizontal direction orthogonal to the plug-in direction, and a vertical direction orthogonal to the plug-in direction. The receptacle can be connected to the receptacle member 3a and 3b surely accommodating to dispersion or error by position shifting of the receptacle members 3a and 3b in the floating state toward a plug-in position even when the plug-in position is not accurate.
