PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a slender bobble with constant diameter or a slender bobble with different diameter in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: The tool with comb like shape is obtained by detachably fixing more than two parallel wool winding rods by a fixing piece, and enabled detachable fixing of another fixing piece on the free ends of the wool winding rods of the tool.
