PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom with hip-up tapes, excellent in wearability, having a good appearance because the hip-up tape does not expose outside, and enabling a wearer to easily put on in a simple wearing action. SOLUTION: The bottom is structured as follows: fixing respective base end parts of the hip-up tapes to the lower parts of the right and left hip parts at the reverse side of underwear such as a panty or a girdle, positioning the respective right and left tip parts of the hip-up tapes in the vicinity of the waist part at the front of the bottom while putting the tapes along the body side part through the hem parts of the right and left hip parts, sewing up pieces of cloth for fixing the right and left tip parts of the hip-up tape with fastening tools on the inside in the vicinity of the waist part at the front of the bottom wear so as not to expose outside.
