PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating tool with which bolts and nuts are not left out without being coated, time is not required and labor costs for checking and repairing are not required even when there are many bolts and nuts in brush coating of the bolts and nuts at the splice part of a rope structure and a bridge, etc. SOLUTION: Elastic long brush 2 is provided on the inner side of a cup 1, a coating material is absorbed therein, it is put on the bolt and the nut 4 and they are coated. While the inner side of the cup 1 and the brush 2 are stuck with an adhesive material, the adhesive material not to be dissolved and peeled even by an epoxy-based solvent is used.
