<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which gives negotiable values such as non-charging to a person issuing a command to print when advertisement is inserted on printed paper, in a case wherein information received from a mobile type telephone or the like is printed. <P>SOLUTION: In the printer 1 which collects tariff on the occasion of printing, print data is acquired via a print data acquisition unit (wireless LAN interface 17).
