NEW ISSUE SUPPORT METHOD AND NEW ISSUE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR SECURITIES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new issue support method and new issue support system for securities capable of executing a direct invitation by an issuer which issues securities in a large scale and a wide range by enabling the issuer to directly grasp investment needs without involving a securities company and issue securities in a condition matched to the investment needs, and also enabling an investor to participate in this issuing process.

SOLUTION: This system comprises: an issuing condition acceptance part 36 for acquiring an issuing condition of securities from a corporation; an issuing condition presentation part 37 for displaying the acquired issuing condition on a WEB site to present it to investors; a questionnaire execution part 38 for collecting investment needs from investors before issuing securities; an investment need collection part 39 for accepting the applications of securities from the investors to collect the investment needs; a lottery processing part 40 for selecting a prescribed number of investors when the applicants exceed the prescribed number; an issue processing part 41 for providing information necessary for issue of securities to the securities company to support it; and a sales company retrieval/output part 42 for retrieving a securities company which takes on the securities, when receiving an explanation request related to the issue of securities from an investor, from an issuing condition storage part 18 and presenting it.
