<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that timer transactions or the like cannot be operated at all until time is set when time controlled by a computer system is stopped (progress in time is stopped) as a method for setting time controlled by the computer system to time being changed by a summer time or the like, processing such as the unload processing of accumulation data does not operate when the timer transaction does not operate, and hence the system results in abnormal end. <P>SOLUTION: The time controlled by the computer system is allowed to correspond to a summer time system by slowing(quickening) the speed of clocks being controlled by the computer system during certain time before and after the time is changed by the summer time system or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
