摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of guiding an unmanned carrying vehicle allowing the control of a steering mechanism without degrading the sensitivity of detecting displacement from a guide line, and the unmanned carrying vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The unmanned carrying vehicle comprises guide antennas 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d rotatable with a middle position between two detectors as a center, each of which has two detecting coils for outputting detection signals corresponding to a distance from a guide line 30. The rotating angle position of one of the guide antennas is adjusted to maximize an absolute value for a difference between the detection signal values output from the two detectors of the guide antenna, and the drive and steering of a drive/steering wheel 14 is controlled so that there is no difference between the detection signal values output from the two detectors of the guide antenna after adjusting the rotating angle position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
