PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide superconductor improving critical current. SOLUTION: An oxide superconductor layer 23 is formed through an orienting control polycrystalline intermediate layer 22 formed by a combination of a mass of crystal grains on at least one surface of a tape state substrate 21. Furthermore, the orienting control polycrystalline intermediate layers 22 and the oxide superconductor layers 23 are alternately formed on the oxide superconductor layer 23 above.
