PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric resistance welding method used in joining a micro-component of an electronic appliance or a small metal wire of a connection part of a flexible printed wiring board with a metal foil in which a material to be joined is neither melted or fused without any defective appearance, an organic material such as polyimide is not scorched or damaged, or advantages of the electric resistance welding method that a cost is not high and a selective range of a power source or the like are not impaired.
