PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failure of ink ejection in an inkjet head 1 by contriving a filling liquid to be filled in the inkjet head 1. SOLUTION: The filling liquid is added with a hydrolyzate of a silicon based compound having a hydrophilic group and water thus making the inner surfaces 6 and 7 of the inkjet head 1 hydrophilic.
