PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable domestic robots to share user information. SOLUTION: A user information input device 5 stores topics interesting to a user for each genre in a database 6 from conversations made by a robot and the user or action patterns. A user information transmitting device 7 discloses the data permitted by the user among the data in the database with a password which can be referred to only by robots on the Internet Web, and a user information retrieving device 8 retrieves the data disclosed by the other robot.
