PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of a component of an outer rotor type blower, to reduce a cost and weight and to alleviate vibration and noise. SOLUTION: A Sirocco fan used for the blower includes a number of blades each made of a steel sheet, a side plate made of a steel sheet for holding one end of each blade, a blade supporting plate made of a steel sheet for holding the other end of each blade, and a yoke made of a steel sheet and inserted with a cylindrical magnet into an inner periphery.
