PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a permanent magnet and to reduce a manufacturing cost in a rotor of a motor equipped with the permanent magnet. SOLUTION: Bushes 2, 5 are engaged and fixed to a shaft 1, and a pair of the permanent magnets 3 are bonded to the bush 2. A synthetic resin tube 8 having a diameter larger than that of the magnet and having thermal contractility is laid over the permanent magnets 3. The synthetic resin tube 8 is shrunk by heating and covers the permanent magnets 3, thus protecting the permanent magnets 3 by the synthetic resin tube 8. The permanent magnets 3 are covered with the synthetic resin tube 8 by only heating, a die, an injection molding machine or the like can be dispensed with compared with the resin-molding of the permanent magnets 3, and the manufacturing cost is largely reduced.
