PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker capable of suppressing deterioration in the detection accuracy of the geomagnetism in a mobile terminal provided with a geomagnetism sensor together with the speaker by reducing the magnetic flux density of leaked from the speaker to the outside, and the mobile terminal equipped with the speaker. SOLUTION: In the mobile terminal, a chamfered portion 41 is provided on the center pole 32 of a speaker 14 and overlaid with a magnetic shield cover 36 to become an area wherein the magnetic flux density leaked from an input operating part or speaker 14 equipped with various keys to the outside is below a prescribed value (30×10<SP>-4</SP>tesla, for example).
