PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication apparatus which can express a picture of an expression on which intention of sentence generation is precisely reflected even if it is generated in the same way as regular sentence generation, and to provide a signal generation method of equipment, an information communication system and a data communication method of the system. SOLUTION: In a portable telephone set 10, a work processing is performed on basic data 16b which is read from a basic data storage part 16 and a signal 18a is generated in a signal generation part 18 in accordance with a control signal 14a on which a meaning analyzed in a pictorial symbol analysis part 14 is reflected. The signal 18a generated by considering timing is outputted to a signal expression part 20 with supplied text data. A picture signal corresponding to a precise pictorial symbol is displayed on a display part 20a by adjusting it to display of text data and feeling of a communication opposite party is reflected on the display part 20a of the signal expression part 20.
