PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower which changes the air blowing direction and sends the air throughout a wide range by uniformly blowing out the air from the entire discharge opening, without impairing the blowing performance. SOLUTION: In this blower 1 having a sirocco fan 12 in a spiral casing 11 having ventilation flues 17, 18 and the discharge opening at its end part, walls 21, 22 configuring the ventilation flues 17, 18 and being orthogonal to a rotating shaft 28 of the sirocco fan 12 are inclined at an angle from the sirocco fan 12 toward the discharge opening 15, and an interval of the walls is gradually narrowed.
