PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a display area for a label pasted on one side of a data recording disk to be possible on the whole surface. SOLUTION: A photograph is printed on a label 2 and the label 2 is sticked on the whole surface of one side of a data recording disk 6. The label 2 is devised to be cut out and removed along a perforated line 5 at a round hole part 4 equivalent to its center hole, and its round hole part 4 is cut out and removed or the label is decorated without being cut and removed when necessary.
