PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an air volume by securing a flow with a little blowing loss of a blower. SOLUTION: The blower 29 disposed in a duct passage 19 is set in an inclined attitude inclined by a prescribed angleθfrom an approximately horizontal position where its air blowing axis X orthogonally crosses with the rear surface 17 of the storages and the inclined angle of the inclined attitude is set within 15°so as to form the flow without being forcedly bent.
