PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small arm shooting evaluating system in which a shooter concentrates on only a shooting, the shooter recognizes the shooting result of the shooter immediately and accurately, and a shooting instructor give an appropriate instruction to the shooter. SOLUTION: A cover board for covering air conveying shock wave generated from the vicinity of an adjacent lane is set in the vicinity of an acoustic sensor detecting the air conveying shock wave and thereby only the air conveying shock wave from a bullet reaching the vicinity of the lane of the shooter is detected. A discharge sensor 5 for detecting the shooting and a detection timing measurement counter are set at the shooter's side. An impact area detection timing measurement counter and an acoustic sensor for detecting bullet speed are arranged in a prescribed area. The air conveying shock wave of the bullet of the adjacent lane is covered with the cover board and only the bullet shot by the shooter is extracted. Therefore, a lot of shooters conduct a fire training at the same time in a shooting range whose the distances between lanes are narrow. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
