CONTROLLER FOR WINDING TENSION IN TWO SHAFT WINDER OF SHREDDING WEB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for winding tension in a two shaft winder of a shredding web having a compact structure and capable of increasing control precision. SOLUTION: This controller is provided with a tension detection and display means 11 of roll 12 minute displacement type provided at a branch point of a first shredding web 10a and a second shredding web 10b to detect a total actually measured tension value of both shredding webs 10 and a set tension computing means 15 for computing a total set tension value of both shredding webs 10 based on a tension specifying value of each shredding web. Furthermore, a deviation value of the total actually measured tension value and the total set tension value is distributed to each shredding web based on the tension specifying value of each shredding web by a compensation tension/torque computing means 17 to compute each tension compensation value. Each torque compensation value of a driving device of each winding shaft is computed based on each tension compensation value. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
