PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of restraining turning regardless of the size a mixer truck. SOLUTION: In the device wherein a fixed plate 7 is provided so as to be piled on the lower face of a turning plate 10 which turns together with the turning of the chute 1 of the mixer truck and which restrains the turning of the chute 1 by restraining the turning plate 10 in relation to the fixed plate 7. This device is also provided with a bolt member 14, which is is supported rotatably on the support member 16 arranged under the fixed plate 7 and abuts on the lower face of the turning plate 10, a handle section 24, which is arranged below the fixed plate 7 to turn the bolt member 14, and a pressing member 15, which is screwed to the bolt member 14 so as to move up and down by the rotation of the bolt member 14 and is arranged to abut on the upper face of the turning plate 10 by the moving down of the bolt member 14.
