PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutting tool for fining chips with excellent property for discharging the chips, and for rarely depositing cut materials to a cutting blade. SOLUTION: A superhard chip 4 constituting a cutting blade 5 is attached to one end of a shank 2. The cutting blade is constituted of an inward part 5a inward in a radial direction of the shank, and an outward part 5b outward thereof. Rolling and chamfering are applied to a cutting blade 6a of the outward part, so as to make a cutting property dull. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
