PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a linear motor of X and Y-axis 2-ways on a plane, by winding a coil for X and Y-axes to one bobbin. SOLUTION: A coil serving as the unit is arranged in an intersection point of X and Y-axes in a manner arranging two-dimensionally the coil serving as the unit equalizing a wire diameter and winding turns. Here, the coil for the X-axis is provided with a lead wire in every bobbin. The coil for the Y-axis is continuously wound to a prescribed unit winding turn. A magnetic substance is arranged so as to make the protruded part of an iron core reach the center of these unit coils. In this way, the linear motor with an electric characteristic of the X and Y-axes in good balance is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
