PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated diolefin (co)polymer rubber, improved with its cold flow, excellent in processing property irrespective to the kinds and combinations of blended fillers, and useful as a tread material of a low fuel expense tire, a large sized tire and a high performance tire excellent in a balance of wet skid characteristic, low hysteresis loss property, abrasion resistance and breaking strength on making a vuvlcanized rubber by performing a vulkanization treatment. SOLUTION: This conjugated diolefin (co)polymer rubber is a (co)polymer rubber of (1) a conjugated diolefin or the conjugated diolefin with an aromatic vinyl compound, (2) having a primary amino group and an alkoxysilyl group bonded to the (co)polymer chain, and (3) having a copolymerized monomer having≥2 functionality in the (co)polymer chain and/or coupling at least a part of the (co)polymer chain with a coupling agent having≥2 functionality.
