摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam working device, a measuring device of laser beam working temperatures, a laser beam working method and a measuring method for the laser beam working temperature by which working temperature is detected with high accuracy when carrying out working such as welding by utilizing a laser beam. <P>SOLUTION: This laser beam working device 1A is for working members DR, UR to be worked by irradiating the members DR, UR to be worked with the laser beam LB and provided with a laser ( a semiconductor laser device 20A ) with which the laser beam LB is generated, an optical means for converging the laser beam LB generated with the laser device on working regions DA, UA and a filter 30 which is provided between the members DR, UR to be worked and the optical means and with which the wavelength of fluorescence FB which is generated in the optical means by excitation of the laser beam LB is interrupted, and the light having the interrupted wavelength with the filter 30 is used when measuring the temperatures of the working regions DA, UA. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
