<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst filter in which light reaches the inner part of a cell C and an active area is wide in the honeycomb-like photocatalyst filter 1 having excellent air permeability. <P>SOLUTION: In the honeycomb-like filter 1 with the photocatalyst carried thereon 2, on the inner surfaces of the respective cells C, fine reflection members 3 together with the photocatalyst 2 are carried. In the present invention, it is aimed that light is reflected by a glass surface and a metal surface. The fine reflection member 3 for reflecting the light is formed of these materials and is arranged on the inner surfaces of the respective cells C to a degree that exposure of the photocatalyst 2 is not inhibited. Thereby, since the light intruded from an entrance of the respective cells C is repeatedly reflected by the reflection member 3 and reaches the inner part, it can be made to the photocatalyst filter having the wide active area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
