PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management device in which subjects to be disclosed are specified in detail, and convenience is enhanced. SOLUTION: Version data (V) is managed as an editing format of a document for each revision, and the information (I) of which managed version data is disclosed is stored. Rendition data (R) having a browsing format generated from each version data is stored by linking with the version data, and the information (V) of which rendition data is disclosed is stored.
