PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material for a flooring material which is a decorative material for the flooring material using plywood and eliminates the selective coating work for a groove part and prevents the damage of the design effect caused by color blur, turbidity or the like of the groove part. SOLUTION: In the decorative material for the flooring material which is manufactured by laminating a laminate with a thickness of 450-800μm comprising a sheet made of a synthetic resin and a decorative sheet on plywood so that the sheet made of the synthetic resin is positioned on the side of the plywood and has the groove part formed thereto by cutting processing so that the deepest part thereof is positioned in the sheet made of the synthetic resin from the decorative sheet side, a color concealing layer is provided between the plywood and the sheet made of the synthetic resin.
