PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable elastic knitted fabric having a body shape-compensating function suitable for inner such as foundation and sport wears and excellent in exercise-following property and wear feeling. SOLUTION: The elastic knitted fabric having a three-dimensional structure is obtained by binding a surface knitted fabric through a binding yarn composed of a polyurethane elastic fiber to a rear knitted fabric by a tuck texture. The elastic knitted fabric contains a polyurethane-based elastic fiber in at least either one knitted fabric of the surface knitted fabric and the rear knitted fabric, and has specific elongations in warp and weft directions and specific elongation ratios in warp and weft directions.
