PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the opportunity of infection with bacteria, or the like, to provide healthy incubated cells. SOLUTION: This incubator has a storage portion 6 for storing a culture medium and a biotissue-supplying material, respectively, a cell-extracting portion 7 for extracting cells to be incubated from a collected body fluid 2, cell-incubating portions 8a, 8b which are connected to the storage portion 6 and the cell-extracting portion 7, incubate the extracted cells in the culture medium and produce the biotissue-supplying material from the incubated cells and the biotissue-supplying material, and a sealing portion 9 for sealing the produced biotissue-supplying material, in a container.
