PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower which can extend its service life and further can improve its oil preserving power and operation performance. SOLUTION: This blower has a cover body 10 which is provided with a storage chamber 11 at the center and is provided with a positioning seat having a tubular member 13 consisting of nonmagnetic material where a magnetic ring 14 positioned above a self-lubrication bearing 15 is fixed, a coil set 30 which is provided in a position corresponding to the upper area of a circuit board, and vane members 40 which are combined with one another within the storage chamber 11 of a cover body, and the rotation member 41 in the vane member is arranged outside the coil set, and the nonmagnetic shaft 42 in the rotation member is pivoted within a magnetic ring and a self-lubrication bearing 15 in the tubular member, and a gap 43 to be charged with a fixed quantity of magnetic fluid is made between the shaft and the magnetic ring, and the shaft is positioned by the magnetic fluid being adsorbed by the magnetic ring 14.
