PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a function of listening again to a program having been broadcast at a reception apparatus side so as to enhance the effectiveness of broadcast information and to provide information in response to needs at reception sides to the utmost. SOLUTION: A broadcast schedule storing management apparatus 12 discriminates whether or not program data can be broadcast on the basis of a vacant capacity of an exclusive memory of a terminal for a period from a desired broadcast time of the program data until a storage end time and a data capacity of the program data at registration of a broadcast schedule of a program, and registers the schedule denoting broadcasting of the program data at the desired broadcast time when deciding the broadcasting is possible.
