PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band path filter capable of satisfying both insertion loss and attenuation characteristics. SOLUTION: The band pass filter is provided with an input coupling capacitor connected to a signal input terminal; an output coupling capacitor connected to a signal output terminal; a plurality of strip line resonators connected between the input coupling capacitor and the output coupling capacitor; inter-stage coupling capacitors for coupling the strip line resonators to each other; a first notch circuit comprising a series circuit comprising an inductor and a capacitor placed between the signal input terminal and the ground; and a second notch circuit comprising a series circuit comprising an inductor and a capacitor placed between the signal output terminal and the ground.
