PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple structure for preventing an electronic apparatus from falling out of a carrying case housing the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: In the carrying case 1 for housing the electronic apparatus 2, that is equipped with a case body 3 having an opening part and with a cover 4 that is used for closing the opening part and is formed integrally with the opening part, there are provided at least one connecting means 10 in the peripheral edge of the opening part of the case body 3 and a fastening means 7 that is positioned in the upper portion of the electronic apparatus 2 and relatively facing the connecting means 10 arranged in the case body 3.
