PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop ejecting head capable of ejecting a liquid dispersed with a solid stably. SOLUTION: The liquid drop ejecting head is provided with a liquid chamber 5 being supplied with the liquid dispersed with a solid, a nozzle plate 4 having opposite nozzles 8 formed at the forward end of the liquid chamber 5, and a driving means 12 for ejecting the liquid in the liquid chamber 5 in the form of a liquid drop from the nozzle 8. Critical surface tension on the surface 4a of the nozzle plate 4 is set equal to that on the inner wall 8a of the nozzle 8 at least in the vicinity of the circumferential edge of the opening of the nozzle 8.
