摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate difficulty in control of an area in which ultrafine structure is caused in hot-plastic working process of Ti or Ti alloy. SOLUTION: A processing method plastically deforms the Ti or the Ti alloy as a material to be processed with a pair of processing tools. Friction coefficient between one processing tool and the material to be processed is made lower than that of the other processing tool and the material to be processed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
