PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal material which has excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion after the coating of a coating material and the pasting of a laminate film, and has performance equal to or above that of the material subjected to chromate-phosphate chemical conversion process, and to provide a nonchromium metal surface treatment method.
