PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load imparting method and a device at an operation test of a lifeboat capable of easily performing loading and its changing. SOLUTION: A weight-variable weight 10 consists of a water tank 11 and a drainage pipe 12 capable of draining from the water tank 11. The water tank 10 becomes the predetermined weight by storing the predetermined amount of water in the water tank, and it can be imparted as the load.
