PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land culture system to keep good water quality by circulating seawater without supplying fresh seawater and dispensing with the addition of chemical substances. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a breeding water tank 10 to breed fishes and shellfishes with seawater, a water activation tank 30 to activate the water, a cleaning tank 40 to clean the seawater and a circulation apparatus to circulate the seawater. Individual tanks are connected through a water-pipe 60 and the fishes or shellfishes is bred in the breeding water tank. The activation tank 30 is composed of a water storage tank to temporarily store the seawater, a suction pump to pump up the seawater from the storage tank and an activator containing a ceramic plate and contacting the pumped seawater with the ceramic plate. The cleaning tank 40 is composed of a proliferation water tank to proliferate aerobic bacteria and a water storage tank to temporarily store the seawater.
