<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled article collection processing method and an image forming apparatus which display collection destination information for users to facilitate recycling. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the method for collecting and processing recyclable articles used for the image forming apparatus which develops an electrostatic latent image formed on an image carrier with a toner and transfers it to recording paper to form an image.
