<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab stay stopper having a high stopper function without generating abnormal noise. <P>SOLUTION: An upper stay 405 is provided with a secondary stopper 409, one of the parts of the cab stay stopper, so that a primary stopper 407 turns and moves upward and the engagement of a recessed part 408 and an end 417 does not become disengaged. When the secondary stopper 409 is in use, the engagement part of the secondary stopper 409 is engaged to a groove 411 provided on the back part (the opposite side of the recessed part 408) of the primary stopper 407.
