摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for machining a nozzle hole part of a fuel injection valve body for simply, easily and smoothly grinding a circumferential angle of nozzle holes and a groove flow passage communicated with the nozzle holes off-centered from the axis of the nozzle holes using a working fluid containing abrasive grains. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises a first step of inserting an insert tool 5 of a needle valve shape into an internal space 2 of a fuel injection valve body to the set position separated from a plurality of nozzle holes 3 by a distance smaller than the nozzle hole diameter and fixing the insert tool thereto, and a second step of pressurizing and feeding the working fluid containing abrasive grains from an opening end of the internal space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
