<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an overload from acting upon a differential gear when a vehicle is jacked up. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure of a boom cylinder 54d is detected by a pressure sensor 16, and according to the pressure detection value, the jack-up state of the vehicle is determined. A traveling pilot pressure is detected by the pressure sensor 16, and according to the pressure detection value, the traveling operation is detected. When the jack-up state of the vehicle is detected and the traveling operation is detected, a controller 20 switches a solenoid selector valve 26 to a position (ii).
