PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of the user of a portable terminal 4 and an on-vehicle terminal 31 by simplifying the operation of each terminal 4 and 31 by the user when the user uses the terminals 4 and 31 for route guidance. SOLUTION: A server 21 is provided with a storing means 61 which receives and stores the positional information on a storing spot (the present location of the on-vehicle terminal 31 when the terminal is operated) transmitted from the terminal 31 when the user operates the terminal 31; and an information transmitting means 63 which transmits the positional information of the storing spot or the route information from a getting-off spot to the storing spot to the portable terminal 4 when a getting-off detecting means 62 detects that the user gets off a vehicle 3.
